You first need to register this application with Azure Digital Twins (ADT) service, see here. You also need to create a secret as a client credential within your app registration. Also, ensure you add "Azure Digital Twins Data Owner" permissions to your app registration.

Azure Subscription Tenant ID (format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX)
Registered application ID (format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX)
Secret you created for your app registration (found under "Client credentials")
Upload the loaded nodeset files to ADT
